Every job is quoted in writing before we start. Small standard jobs are pre-priced; larger jobs are quoted on site after we've seen the pipework.
Do you charge to come out and quote?
The call-out fee covers travel and diagnosis. If you go ahead with the work, it's rolled into the job price.
What warranty do I actually get?
